"Decent enough, but I wish I could talk to someone"
The products seem safe overall, but I really wish the details about the plastic and coatings were easier to find before buying. I tried looking around for clear info and it felt like everything was automated or buried in FAQs. It would’ve been nice to actually talk to a real person and get a straight answer

"Pretty easy to put together"
I got my order from LEM Products and, uh, it was actually simple to assemble. The instructions were clear for the most part, though I did have to double-check one step. Took me about 20 minutes and I didn’t need any special tools. I’d give it 5 stars, but one screw was kind of annoying to line up

"Shipping was fast, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered from lemproducts.com and, to be fair, the package showed up quicker than I expected. Tracking updated normally and the delivery itself went fine. I just kind of felt ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response, which took away from an otherwise smooth experience

I had to return one item because it wasn’t really what I needed. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first, like I figured the refund might turn into a whole thing, but it actually wasn’t bad. It took a few days to show up, but it did come through without any hassle. Customer service also replied to my email, which helped. Overall, decent experience...

"Replacement part didn’t fit right"
I ordered a replacement part from LEM thinking it would be the exact match for my unit, but nope. It looked close enough at first, then turned into one of those annoying little gremlins that just won’t line up or fit the way it’s supposed to.
pretty frustrating. I wasted time double-checking everything like I was the problem, and now the thing still isn’t fixed. Not exactly what I expected when ordering a replacement part that should’ve been straightforward...

"Way quieter than I thought it’d be"
I ordered from LEM Products i was fully expecting this thing to be obnoxiously loud. Like, I was already preparing myself for everyone in the house to complain the second I turned it on, because that’s usually how stuff like this goes.
But nope, it’s actually reasonable. Yeah, it makes noise, obviously, but it’s not that awful, headache-inducing kind. I can use it in the kitchen without feeling like I need ear plugs or have to apologize to everyone nearby. such a relief. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Works fine, but it makes more work than I expected"
I bought this LEM meat grinder and it does technically get the job done, but I wouldn’t say I’m blown away by it. It handles regular stuff okay, but with tougher cuts it starts to bog down and I end up having to stop, trim things more, and feed it slower than I’d like. Cleaning it is also more of a chore than I expected, which is annoying because grinding meat already feels like enough work. It’s not a bad grinder, just kind of average for me

"Fast, easy help when I had a question"
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me faster than I expected. I usually pay attention to how companies handle the little things, because that tends to show what the overall experience is like, and this was a good sign. They were helpful, clear, and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Solid vacuum sealer so far"
Picked up the LEM vacuum sealer after my old one kept messing up seals. Annoying. This one’s been way better. Strong pull. Clean seals. Worked fine on burger and fish after freezer prep.
Ordered it from lemproducts.com and it showed up with no problems. I’ve used it a good bit already. No weird issues yet. It is a little loud. Not a huge deal. It works.

"Holds a lot without being huge"
I picked this up mostly because I needed something with more capacity, and so far it’s been pretty much what I was hoping for. It’s not overly bulky, but it somehow fits more than I thought it would. Makes prep a lot less annoying, especially when I’m doing a bigger batch or whatever.

I’ll give them credit, they actually had a solid selection of meat processing stuff. I found grinders, sausage supplies, bags, and a few small parts I was having trouble tracking down elsewhere. It took me longer than I wanted to compare everything, and the filters could definitely be better, but the selection was better than most places I looked. Would’ve been 5 stars if browsing was a little easier.

Ordering was simple. The pages loaded fine, and I found what I needed quicker than I expected. Checkout did freeze on me once, which made me wonder for a second if the system was trying to make me rethink my purchase or sneak in some kind of test, but I refreshed and it went through just fine.

"Good power, but not totally reliable"
It has decent power and does the job when it’s working, but mine has already stalled twice, which is frustrating. I tried reaching out about it and kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

I bought this from lemproducts.com i’m a little disappointed lol. It seemed fine at first, but after just a few uses it started showing wear way faster than I expected. Some of the parts felt kind of cheap and not super durable. For the price, I was hoping it would hold up better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Easy to clean, with one small downside"
I’ve been happy with how easy this is to clean and maintain. It doesn’t take much effort at all, which is a big plus for everyday use. The only thing I’d say is that a couple of little spots can take an extra wipe to get fully clean. Still, overall it’s super manageable and definitely makes cleanup feel less like a chore

"Fair prices and solid value"
I bought a few things from LEM and overall I feel like the prices are fair for what you get. It is not the cheapest place out there, but the quality makes it feel worth it. My only small complaint is that shipping could be a little faster.
